On February 7th, 2023, Shahanishamarthlifevlog posted a video^[2] where the young boy begs for some "paani" or water from the father, but is mocked before the mother intervenes. The video contains the dialogue, "pani pani pani" and "uncle ji, paani pila di jiye." The video, which gathered over 50,000 views and 3,400 likes, marks the start of a repeating trend of water bottles featuring in Shahanishamarthlifevlog's content.

The caption translates to, "even if the old man interrupts me, I never want this boy to interrupt me." The post gathered over 5,300 likes in two weeks (seen below, left). On June 12th, @aparashit^[6] posted another meme featuring the boy, gathering over 5,300 likes on a carousel post (seen below, right).

On July 17th, Instagram^[7] page @baekoof posted a meme featuring clips from @Shahanishamarthlifevlog's page, gathering over 91,000 likes in four days (seen below).
