a program heavily used by WOW and counter-strike players, ventrillo is a program very much like teamspeak, allowing users to coordinate WOW raids and other game related events, the software was released in 2008, and since then it has been used for various, nefarious purposes, the most famous being a duke nukem raid where a duke nukem soundboard is used to spam a specific channel, and severely annoy one of the users mothers.

this act is called "vent harassment" and often involves a soundboard of a famous cartoon or fictional character (i.e. lenny in the famous vent harrasment video "DENTAL PLAN!")
