Who Is This Guy? is a scene from the Nickelodeon television series Drake & Josh. In which a random stranger called Dave joined they're call. The scene has become a subject of exploitable video of the scene and has been used in edits on YouTube and Instagram, with the meme seeing a surge in popularity in October 2019.

Origin

On May 17th, 2007, the last episode of the Drake & Josh series titled "Helicopter" premiered. In the episode, titular characters Drake and Josh are in the call talking about themselves but the a random person they never knew called Dave joined they're call and they and Dave get into a argument telling Dave to leave the call (scene shown below).

Josh: When a parent tells you no, you gotta respect that but drake just does whatever you
(Dave joins the call)
Drake: Uhh, who is this guy?
Dave: Who?
Josh: YOU!
Dave: I'm Dave
Josh: What are you doing here?
Dave: I don't know, i just bought a new webcam, hooked it up and turned it on
Dave: Is there a problem?
Josh: Yeah, yeah you shouldn't be on this screen!
Drake: Yeah, this is a private channel
Dave: So how can I turn myself of?
Drake: I don't know
Josh: GET OUT OF HERE!
Dave: But, i wanna stay
Drake: Alright fine but i'm just gonna keep going anyway
Josh: You better keep quiet Dave
Drake: Uhh, okay, let's see, uhh, Oh
Drake: Josh always has to be little Mr. Perfect
(Dave begins to brush his teeth)
Josh: Uhh, you know, uhh, Drake just thinks it's no matter what he does, he just
Drake: Okay, this is ridiculous
Josh: Josh out!
(Drake & Josh leaves the call)
(Dave chokes on the toothbrush)
