One of the most excessively used phrase usually using the names Bill/Bob/Ted. Usually coming from some cliche soap opera or sitcom movie. Describing a joke or someone who doesn't exist.
The phrase "Bill/Bob/Ted from Accounting" has appeared in many movies, shows, and even just daily life as a joke when talking about someone who doesn't exist.
