Elon Musk baby burner account and a tweet about the news.

Roughly a year ago, Elon Musk appeared to accidentally leak that he operated a second Twitter account (it was still "Twitter" then) in which he spoke in the voice of a toddler, presumably roleplaying as his son, X AE A-12.

Bizarrely, he used it to talk to himself and make jokes about the child wanting to learn about sexual topics.

While the evidence suggested that the account, @ermnmusk, was in fact Musk's burner, it was never confirmed until a recent deposition reported on by the Huffington Post yesterday.

Musk is in court defending himself against a lawsuit filed by Benjamin Brody, a college student who was the target of a right-wing conspiracy suggesting he was acting as a Rose City Nationalist in a viral video of a violent altercation between the group and the Proud Boys.

The conspiracy theory claims that Brody, a California political science major, was acting as a Rose City Nationalist as part of a false flag operation. As the false rumor spread, Musk indulged in his occasional habit of amplifying conspiracies by publicly agreeing with the conspiracists.

Elon Musk pushes a false flag conspiracy theory.

During his appearance in court, the conversation turned to Musk's alternate Twitter / X accounts. "I briefly used [the @ermnmusk] account as a test account," Musk said. He also mentioned another alternate account, "baby smoke [sic] 9,000," though many presumed he meant "@babysmurf9000," which he had confirmed was one of his alts when he tested a Twitch-like streaming feature on Twitter.

Notably, Musk did not mention Adrian Dittmann, an account that has come under suspicion of being Musk due to people perceiving that it sounds very much like the X owner and praising Elon Musk constantly on the platform, thus likely putting to bed that mystery.

Brody is seeking $1 million in his defamation case against Musk. He is represented by Mark Bankston, who won $1.5 billion for Sandy Hook victims in the defamation case against Alex Jones.

Musk is being defended by Alex Spiro, who previously defended Musk in the defamation lawsuit filed against him when he called a British diver involved in the Tham Luang Cave Rescue "P--o Guy."
