YouTuber-turned-boxer Jake Paul, not known to be particularly humble on social media, recently made an Instagram post highlighting his accomplishments the past two weeks.

Paul recently made a splash showing up at UFC 261, where he purportedly "crashed" the event and had a confrontation with Daniel Cormier. Prior to that, he knocked out MMA fighter Ben Askren in a boxing match. He did not mention that he has been recently accused of sexual assault.

While these accomplishments were on his list of highlights, one caught social media's attention: he FaceTimed with former president Donald Trump. Sure enough, Paul provided a picture of Trump FaceTiming with him in the post.

This struck many as odd, even by Trumpian standards, as it seems bizarre Trump would accept a phone call with a YouTuber. However, Donald Trump Jr. promoted Pauls fight with Askren, so it's possible Paul has more connection to the Trumps than we know.

At any rate, Paul's claim to have met with Trump is certainly more convincing than his 2018 video where he claimed to meet Trump.
