Joji Releases New Album 'Nectar'

The artist formerly known as Filthy Frank, musician Joji has released his sophomore studio album Nectar. The 18-track album was made available on Apple Music, Spotify and other streaming services yesterday.

Joji's second album follows his 2018 effort BALLADS 1 and brings more of Joji's trademark melancholic lyrics and lo-fi beats. The release includes songs "Sanctuary," "Run," "Gimme Love" and "Daylight," which were released as singles between June 2019 and August 2020.

The album has received lukewarm responses so far, getting a 2.5 out 5 from Slant. On RateYourMusic, the album had an average rating of 3.24 out of 5 with over 400 reviews.
