85-year-old Shirley Curry, aka Skyrim Grandma, has been delighting fans with her play of Bethesda's RPG for six years, and now, finally, she'll appear in the game—at least in an unofficial capacity.

The Circantolius Team has created a Curry-dedicated mod fittingly called Shirley: A Skyrim Mod. In the mod, Shirley Curry will follow the player and fight as a two-handed axe-wielding barbarian. Players can find her home in-game and she will regale players with stories of her own adventures as a player. The best part of the mod is that Skyrim Shirley is voiced by the real Shirley.

The mod is yet another loving tribute the Skyrim community have paid Curry. In 2017, fans launched a petition to get Curry in the next Elder Scrolls game, and in 2019, Bethesda announced they would make it happen.

For those curious, players cannot marry Shirley in the game. According to the mod's FAQs, "This mod is based on a real person. Making her marriageable would be weird."
