Sonic Movie 2 Trailer Drops During The Game Awards

During the exciting Game Awards 2021, Ben Schwartz was brought on stage to announce that the trailer for Sonic The Hedgehog 2 was ready and he was going to reveal it. The trailer shows Sonic back in the big city, trying to be a vigilante. It shows that Eggman has come back from the mushroom dimension, and found the Master Emerald from Sonic's lore. Idris Elba is also heard voicing Knuckles the Echidna, who has teamed up with Eggman in the movie, making the character closer to his original appearance in the series. Judging by earlier leaks from the set of the film, this villain team-up isn't expected to last.
