Woman's Public Freakout In Tim Horton's Again Rallies Internet Behind Service Industry Workers

Another video of an irate customer berating service industry workers is gaining traction on social media, this time of a woman in Canadian coffee chain Tim Horton's verbally abusing the person behind the counter because the worker did not understand her order of "one of every type of doughnut."

The video, posted to /r/PublicFreakout by Redditor /u/KissKissPrince, is titled, "My friend filmed a woman freaking out in Tim Hortons because the worker did not speak fluent English." In the video, she shouts at the worker, unseen, to give her one of every type of doughnut. The person filming the video steps in and says, "Ma’am, please don’t show disrespect to these people. Can you please just calm down?" She turns to him and replies, "Drop dead."
The Reddit thread beneath the post was filled with commenters frustrated at yet another video in which a customer actively makes a service worker's day worse.
"I dont think this lady needs any more donuts. Her blood sugar and temper are already through the roof," wrote one Redditor. "Americans think we are all polite but our Karens are actually no less ferocious," wrote a Canadian Redditor.
