Their demand was that they get an apology and $15 Million. I'd say that's at least a little uncalled for.

15 million dollars for a mishap involving a sketchy-looking clock but also sketchy procedures after he had the internet, MIT, Microsoft(?), AND the POTUS on his dick for at least two weeks because of said mishap.

On top of that, this is more than likely the only occurrence of possibly race-based harassment that he's ever received from the school, and he hasn't mentioned himself that he's dealt with harassment from faculty or students because of his race/religion in the past. The family's milking this fiasco for all its worth (and I'm not sure if the boy even wanted to be a part of this).
