Touching in general is pretty unusual in most cases. It requires an amount of familiarity.

The sole exception is in greeting; shaking hands, hugs, kisses, etc.

But after that- touching almost anywhere needs to have some level of intimacy betwixt you. In some cases- the face can actually be viewed as more inappropriate than ass or titties.
