This is before the final the final arch, in which Obama betrays when they are about to beat JoJo.

During that scene Putin says to Jojo and his friends: "You see, there is nothing you can do with such insignificant power. You cannot defeat us."

And than Obama trows his hat to the floor and while making different JoJo poses for each word he utters he shouts:

"YES. WE. CAN."

And his stand is finally reveal….

As amusing as this is, it's a bit weird seeing Obama grouped with the likes of those two.
