Sexual dimorphism is actually pretty common. Some species the female can get several times larger and live several spans longer than males. Humans the differences are less pronounced though they exist. Though males get larger and tend to mature slower but die sooner.

But even taking this into account breeding shouldn't be attempted until maturity is reached. Please obey the laws.
