Gardevoir has something that Jinx lacks: a neck.

Seriously, the biggest flaw in Jinx's design is a lack of neck. As I've said elsewhere this lack of neck makes her look like a purple potato in a dress. All in all she would look much better if she had a neck and I would hope that any hypothetical third evolution would give her one.
