Well most enemies run on technology based movesets: Tracer has her Chronal Accelerator, Winston's Tesla Cannon/barrier, Symmetra and Torbjorn's turrets, D.Va's mech, etc. Has a pretty large window when you consider all Overwatch characters have hackable equipment.
