Hanzo is not chaotic, he's bound by a code of honor.

Lawful Good represents the ideology of society and government, so Reinhardt (Crusader Days) or Zenyatta.
Neutral Good dictates the importance of upholding an established sense of morality as an individual, 76 (Early Years Jack) as well as Mercy fit the bill.
Chaotic Good rejects the notion of regulations, instead acting upon a personal code of benevolence. One might argue Winston's recall of Overwatch makes him fit this mold perfectly.
Lawful Neutral mandates the suppression of rogue elements. This is where it feels appropriate to insert Pharah.
True Neutral concern themselves little with any ideology, but do not go out of their way to state their freedom. McCree displays it perfectly with his withdrawal from the escalating internal conflict between Blackwatch and Overwatch.
