The translator group Orchesc/a/ns likes to make joke panels at the end of the chapters they translate. This is but one example. I can never remember Sakurai's given name, so feel free to give his full name in the tags. I couldn't find a primary source, so I just gave the Manganato link instead.

Let me let you in on a little secret here:

TRAIN =\= HUMAN

There are no Caucasian trains. There are no African-American trains. There are no Hispanic trains. They don't have races or ethnicities because they're fucking trains! Is Thomas a black train or a white train? The answer is no, he's a blue train!

If you watch Thomas The Tank Engine of all things and think "why are there no black trains? That's racist!" please insert gun into mouth.
