The translator group Orchesc/a/ns likes to make joke panels at the end of the chapters they translate. This is but one example. I can never remember Sakurai's given name, so feel free to give his full name in the tags. I couldn't find a primary source, so I just gave the Manganato link instead.
Article headlines about a woman that married a train station and had mental sexual intercourse with it, followed by the Thomas Seen Everything, Time To Leave. This comment a very much in the spirit of "That's enough internet for today":/memes/that-s-enough-internet-for-today but because of the specific detail of the woman liking a train station, this version is funnier. On August 26th, 2016, it was posted to the Sonic Stadium forum by user Joy[3] who said "Really, this needs to be used on the internet for any 'time to bail' reactions." It began seeing more usage in December of the year; on December 7th, Twitter user @chelllssseeea[4] used it in reaction to a tweet by Newt Gingrich that gained 365 retweets and 1,280 likes (shown below).
