Q(ult): POWER! heals and damage-buffs terry for 10 seconds

Weapon fire1- pulse-shotgun: good at short-range and not much else (20 clip) .
Weapon fire2- BLOCK: when fire2 is held incoming damage is reduced by 70% and enemies get no ult-charge for hitting terry, can not fire while active, functions on resource meter, 3 second cool down between uses.
