It's been EONS since I read the manga or haven't seen the anime yet, but wasn't the thing, like… that's just their naming convention, right? I vaguely recall something like… they're ALL "Quetzalcoatl", I think. And seeing as this is a non-magical "human" species as opposed to a magically-fabricated-appearance human form of the non-human deity of the origin of life/civilization with god-level magical powers… I feel like the Lucoa comparison doesn't fit well here… though, I think in Centaur no Nayami's world, their race is the actual identity behind the Quetzalcoatl the Aztecs believed in, so I guess it is relevant? Still feels weird, though.
