I saw that anime, no joke, that is the most evil character in that anime (and this is a show where both demons and angels are asholes), she is only surpassed by another character but he is neutral

She is the mc's abusive girlfriend, in a nutshell and without spoling she uses her cuteness and "innocence" as a facade while manipulating demons and her own boyfriennd trough physicall abuse.
