Any amount of fanservice below the threshold of "it distracts from what's going on" is a win.

…which is why I could never bring myself to take Highschool of The Dead seriously. Like, you either make a zombie apocalypse anime, or a hentai anime. Do not half-ass both, because then people will likely stay just for the fanservice instead.
