As an autistic citizen who contributes to society as much as the average joe does, I please ask you to delete this. Us autistic people have nothing to do with that…. thing. Just because ajit pai uses a fidget spinner doesn't make him autistic, if that were true then eating watermelon would make you black. Most people acknowledge the fact that not all black people are obsessed with watermelon, so it'd only be fair that us autistics be respected in the same manner, with our stereotypes disregarded as well, and our people be accepted as who we are. If society has the guts to acknowledge that not all black people are thugs, then we should be mature enough to acknowledge that not all autistic people are retarded. Have faith in your fellow man.
