Marvel, during the development of Marvel Vs Capcom Infinite: yeah so you can't have X-Men, Deadpool, Dr Doom or other Fantastic Four characters in it. What about Captain Marvel? Thanos? Sure. But on another note you need to dial back the jokes and Marvel characters aren't allowed to lose in promotional materials. We take our characters very seriously. You're putting in Winter Soldier and Black Widow, too. Marvel, with the Fortnite Thanos Mode/Tie-in:

From what I've heard, I'm fairly certain the people working on the model of Fortnite Thanos had a bigger budget than MVCI's entire production.

Nope fox only have the movie right, Marvel could use X-men & FF character in any other media, but Perlmutter , ex-CEO of Marvle Entertainement, was a sore loser and ban the character from any promotion and merch.

And this is totaly the fault of Disney/Marvel who ask capcom to make another game but restrive their freedoom creativity, a low budget and a very little time to do the game!
