They were fine at first, when there was just a few thousand of them rescued from slavers and dumped in our colony. You'd see one around, here or there. Always pleasant, always helpful. They were short, polite and intensely non-threatening. You search for "inoffensive" on the net, and you get a picture of an catgirl. But catgirls can only give birth to more catgirls, and now they out number us. A threat? No, no. Nothing like that. Sure they're smarter than us, but that just makes them more useful.
