Being serious, Libra is the sleeper hit of this banner.
Aside from the new weapon, his base skill kit is boring and pretty lackluster.
However, he scores very well, better than the old standard of Fae actually, and is pretty gnarly when he has all his merges, putting his well rounded stats to good use, and being solid across the board.
