1. Give his ideas that are hurting people more power
2. Do nothing and allow his ideas to continue to hurt people
3. Try to distance yourself from him so people can point at you and say you enabled his hurting of people

He wasn't banned for wrongthink, he's being sued because his crisis actor bullshit caused the parents of dead children to be harassed. Free Speech isn't limitless, slander and defamation is against the law. Alex Jones is just reaping what he's sown and everyone is trying to step out of the crossfire.

1. is total nonsense. Literally nobody has ever lost support by having their voice amplified. Alex Jones has an enormous following and has received national media attention which has done nothing at all to hurt him, he's still extremely popular and successful and makes a killing off selling snake oil supplements and survival packs to suckers.

2. shows that the author had no idea what this was about. The fact that these companies are making money off him is exactly why they wanted to wash their hands of his nonsense. This is almost like saying "this child pornography is making you money". Also, just as a heads up, for-profit corporations do not give a single shit about any of your national virtues unless pretending to care about them can make them more money.

3. The great thing about being a conspiracy theorist is that literally anything anybody else does to try and oppose you can be easily spun as "proving your point". Get ignored, it's because they know you're right and don't want to respond. Get shut down, it's because they know you're right and want to cover it up. Get into an argument, it's because they know you're right and you've gotten too big to just ignore or silence, and the fact that someone important is noticing you and giving you this respect is proof of your importance and legitimacy.
