Innocent until proven guilty refers to the accused, not the accuser. Until proven guilty, he's innocent, and when a woman accuses an innocent man of sexual misconduct, she is assumed false until proven true, thus the assumption that Ford is telling a falsehood does not contradict "Innocent until proven guilty"
