Not really, she doesn't show any signs of trauma, if anything she becomes pretty resistant pretty fast (there's only 1 month between the initial mission and the start of the story).

The only thing that mission gave her in terms of longlasting changes were a greater understanding of danger and preparation, and thicker skin.
