If you think about it, it's quite likely that Doomguy/Doom Slayer would be capable of having amicable relations with some demons if they have no real intentions of ever acting as a murderously evil monster, even if he'd still act like a gruff ass towards them.
After all, going by what we've seen of his interactions with VEGA in DOOM (2016) and the soldiers in the Doom Eternal trailer, If you're trying to help stop evil demons from murdering innocents, or are at least not trying to do so yourself, he'll treat you relatively nicely, at least compared to those that basically promote the death of innocent people, whether it be for the "greater good" or because they find it fun. Those types of people/demons he will kill without remorse.

Probably the one demon he'd like since she wants to turn other demons good so they go to heaven.
