I mean it's not about being mad, it's about recognizing that everything a company does is geared towards making money. They don't care about you or their employees or anything except the shareholders and customers dumping more money into them. Every cutesy ad campaign is carefully targeted manipulation of the public. You can enjoy the Wendy's twitter or whatever, but recognize that its goal is to make you develop a parasocial relationship with their company so that you give them more of your money. This post is right and very reasonable, and I'm concerned that you read it as the work of a slavering lunatic.
