My brain is trying to parse this headline and its not easy. So there is right now, a Down Syndrome abortion holocaust, it is so claimed, and those specific Republicans are proposing banning it? They are already predisposed to banning abortion, so I'm not seeing why they would be narrowing focus to only wanting to protect the down syndrome babies. Or is it that the Republicans in question are against abortion but think its okay in the case of Down Syndrome? The tagline "some people are too retarded to survive" makes me think the author is in favor of Down Syndrome abortions. But if that were their game, using a white baby plays against that.
