I say, "so what?" Sure, I got sick of Fire/Fighting starters, but we've had two consecutive generations without 'em.

I think my problem with the Fire starter thing is that the others were just not as popular as Charizard or as good as Blaziken. Which sucks because Typhlosion's neat, I love Infernape, I like Emobar, Delphox was a great change of pace and Incineroar is straight-up my favorite starter's final evolution.

Screw the Charizard favoritism ("gee, Charizard, why do you get to have TWO Mega Evolutions" never ceases to be accurate) and tear Speed Boost off Blaziken (it's fine on Mega Blaziken).
