So, you're telling me this guy can thwart the 2nd law of Thermodynamics, yet in a universe will billions of stars, each with several planets, he doesn't buy the idea that even ONE of them could have life on it that would be recognizable by humans as being alive? Or is he so human supremacist that he believes that it's impossible for any life generated elsewhere to be capable of the feats humans have achieved, and thus, from a certain point of view, there is no other "intelligent life" out there
I think he believes that , yes , they might exist but the possibility of them coming to earth is too small. And it might just be better to focus on the threats to humanity instead of the thread that aliens "might" pose.
