The clip begins with the caller comparing the situation to signing your kid up for a diaper commercial. Dean asks, "Do you think you have the right to consent to 65-year-old men looking at your son while he's naked?" The caller answers, "I wouldn't allow it," and Dean asks the question if he believes he has the right to allow it or if that violates the consent of the child. The caller answers, "They have no choice in the matter whatsoever, it's my choice as a parent, and I wouldn't put my child in that situation. That's why I think pageants are weird in the first place."

Dean opens his mouth wide in shock and remains quiet for an extended length of time, seemingly after muting the caller, then pulls out his phone and shares the caller's username with the viewers, saying he doesn't think the caller should have custodial rights over his child. Later, the X^[11] gimmick account @IfindRetards posted an image of Dean, garnering over 7,000 likes in under 24 hours.

On that day, YouTuber^[12] Daliban Clips posted a clip of Destiny reacting to the clip, criticizing Withers for suggesting that the caller said it was okay for parents to exploit and traffic children, garnering over 11,000 views in a day.
