Uhhh no? First of all it's not that much of a law. Second:that screenshot is used to shut down anyone who have a particular point of view about anything but because they have porn on their profile,their argument is invalid.
Is the equivalent of calling out someone who has a pfp that is irrelevant to the topic but again,for some reason,it makes their opinion worthless.
