People were hype as fuck for Snake in Brawl. I don't remember anyone complaining that he "clashed with the rest of Brawl". And "generic gritty military soldier" fucking lol?

People hate Byleth because we already had way too many FE characters and now we're getting yet another one, making FE have more reps than any other franchise. Remember when Corrin was added as DLC to Smash 4? There were the same complaints of "too many FE characters".
