I prefer the orks from 40k.

They are literally weapons, with the hate genetically designed into them.
They are not even in their own minds an evil faction, because they love to fight, and respect people who are good fighters.
If they encountered a race that would not fight them no matter what, they would leave them alone or sooner fight among themselves because they just want to fight.

In 40k there is only war, and that is just how the orks like.
