Virgin vs. Chad - Coastie food vs Flyover food

I gotta say, some of the best food I've ever eaten in my life has been in locations where you think you would get food poisoning for walking in the door, either in some glorified rural shack or some hole-in-the-wall former slumhouse in the "bad part of town." Good food, tastes great, actually fills my fat American ass up. Probably not the healthiest, but if I'm actually going out to eat that's not what I'm looking for.
