The "Nobody:" joke has been ruined, honestly. It was funny when it was used when somebody just up and says something out of left field like "Did you know that even with seatbelts people die in car accidents?"

I honestly think it must works as a simple set up to add a little more punch to a meme. If the image just said "Music videos in the 90's" the joke is still there, but it's not as much of a joke as it is a statement at that point.
