IIRC, the act of "calling out" in and on itself is fine here, such as this post, specially when they are done with a meme format, so they stay. Outright insulting users by name without even an attempt at memeing, I believe, are the posts that get removed (image posts much more likely than comments, though I was told the latter may be too depending on the, uh… "wording" used), since they count as slander. Uneditted screenshots of comments also stay, from what I have seen.

So, given that most of those posts actually stay from what I can tell, if yours got removed, chances are that you stepped too far onto "calling out" and it deserved to be removed. As 4chan when it was an arguably good site put it, "we are not your personal army", but also, nobody here should be above light mockery either. None of us are sacred, or, at least, nobody should be sacred.
