The point isn't that rage comics are better than wojak, only that wojak memes have developed into a similar niche and fallen into the same pitfalls that rage comics did (Namely a lack of creativity and general lack of effort put into making them aesthetically pleasing). Rage comics got old and now wojaks have gotten old. It's the circle of life.
