I know it's a joke, but I have to break out the Star Wars knowledge and point out that Darth Sion was an even more twisted and broken soul than Vader. He was a literal walking corpse kept animated through sheer pain and suffering, until the Exile showed him how his dependence on the dark side made him weak and he finally allowed himself to die.
