Notes:

Personally, I feel that they should have just increased all the recoil and hipfire spread the rifles and machine guns had instead of messing with the damage values.

They're stated reasons was to encourage people to use the weapons at the appropriate ranges; but when have the weapons become laser beams if you take all the recoil upgrades, killing in a one or two more bullets really isn't going to change much.

I'm pretty damn sure me hip-firing my specked out Browning .30 cal shouldn't be out-performing someone using a Gewehr 43 at medium range.
