I used to ask myself whats wrong with those people, then i learned about psycology and talk to them, its scapism, they dont like the reality their see so they create their own one and everything that remind them of that is fake, they see it as an attack, it also happens to toxic fandoms and political ideologist

Not sure if this is playing Devil's Advocate or not, but, to be fair, I have seen backlash against this idea from self-proclaimed progressives as well.

We all remember this one, right..? Nobody liked this whatsoever.

So I feel like the issue here is a lot more centralized around a very small, vocal minority than we make it out to be. Many people on the left-leaning side of things would indeed see the case presented on the image here and agree with the double standard being a bad thing.
