Weeaboo,either used ironically or shortened as "weeb" always means when someone is obsessed with Japan for anime,like it's some kind of heaven.

Which is funny because the guy himself never expected to be taken seriously but a lot of his fans and haters did.

Funny how those people forgot that the entire joke behind Filthy Frank, as a character, is that he is the embodiment of everything a person should not be.
