Well Naughty Dog is too woke-f@g to ever pick up something as fun as Jak and Daxter anytime soon. SuckerPunch is making bank on the Ghost of Tsushima series RN, Japan Studio worked on Astro's Playroom A.K.A "Owner's Manual: The Game" and I don't even think NanaOn-Sha is still in business, at the very least the don't have anything on the table RN. Insomniac is truly the only developer capable enough to make new high quality next-gen IP's and still keep their main boy polished on his pedestal.

Sanzaru clearly wanted to make more Sly games after Sly 4 but Sony hasn't been keen on greenlighting a new entry for whatever reason. Hell Sly never even got put on the PS4 either as "PS2 Classic" downloads (which the Jak and Daxter series did get, plus Parappa got that HD Remaster of the first game and the second is available as a "PS2 Classic") or a simple re-release of the PS3's trilogy collection.

Sanzaru is still around, they were the team who were mainly responsible for the Year of the Dragon portion of Spyro: Reignited (Reignited had to be delayed for more development time and I'm guessing in order to even get the project done by a certain time frame Activision had to entrust an extra studio to help Toys for Bob, so while TfB mainly handled Spyro 1 and 2, Sanzaru were the main ones working on Spyro 3), so it's not like Sony couldn't simply task them with making the Thieves in Time followup they clearly wanted to make.

I'd like to hold out some slight hope for Ape Escape at least. Medieval got a surprise remake on the PS4, so hey maybe Ape Escape could get one too.
