Holy shit that is a fucking misleading title.

What the law actually does, based on the article:

"Oregon’s law decriminalizing small amounts of all street drugs"

You can still get fined for having them, and they will get taken away. They just wont send you to jail for having a recreational amount of them. If you are selling or have a ton of it for personal use its still a jail worthy offense.
