It's all about compromise. To be fair, in reality a girl like that riding you every night really would be a dice roll if you survive.

At least he died as he lived, with stronk muscle mommy. It's what all true warriors strive for. So as the evil Demon-God-King is ravaging the countryside because no hero could rise to defeat him, the dying mortals will know that at least their would-be hero went out like a champ.

Didn't know tabletop let you create your own NPC/companion to go alongside your character though. But I'll assume that's also dependent on what exactly your playing and what the DM is allowing.
